you need the following:

pedal assembly,
clutch master cylinder w/hard line,
clutch slave cylinder,
clutch soft line,
new tranny mount (there is a bolt in one for 5g civics),
some metal where the at shifter cable used to go,
shift **** and boot,
in addition to the regular (engine/tranny/shift linkage/ecu/wiring/driveshafts etc).

there's some rewiring that needs to be done, but it's not too difficult. i just completed my 94 civic ex w/d16 and auto tranny to 95 jdm b16 w/hydro 5sp tranny.

It would be *easier* and more cost effective for you to find yourself a nice EG or EK hatchback as a hybrid candidate. Good luck either way.
