FYI: kyb agx
this will sound strange for some, but it works for me...
the kyb agx are shipping for the REAR of the EP3. the fronts aren't due out until 10/26. i ordered my rear shocks from the tirerack this morning. fwiw, i have koni yellows for the fronts.
this setup works for me because i can adjust the rears easier with an external **** rather than removing the plastic covers inside the hatch. (autocross or track days, daily driving in general.)
i'll take pictures when i get them.

Rears look good... except for being pink :-? j/k the meant for stock springs I assume? Or you have lowering springs? What spring rate are those dampers meant for?
Just wondering why you opted for koni-yellows + ???? springs instead of full coilovers... for reasons of easily replaceable dampers? Are the fronts KYB AGX going to be Cut the stock strut and fit inside like the Koni Yellows too?
Basically... why get spring + damper instead of just a full coilover with matched springs and struts... easily repleable dampers??? I know dampers don't last forever, but just wondering why the guru didn't go for heavier spring rate etc... is it possible to get a heavy spring rate matched with a set of say koni-yellows and/or KYB AGX ? TIA

Did you get the RSX application? I didn't see a Si 02+ app... just the 01-02 Civic coupe/sedan and the RSX... here's the RSX app...

Haha, yea they use the same picture for all advertising. I thought my struts for my civic were gonna have that ****, but NOPE they had the top part.

i'm not a guru, i've just been around this stuff most of my life, even before i could drive.
my reasons for going with konis and agx are economical. i will use eibach sport ( i have a set of the pro kits) springs over these. i am using konis upfront because i was able to attain a pair of new ones at a price i couldn't refuse. i also don't like the perches on the rear konis.
as for the "matched" coilover sets, i believe they are far too expensive if 95% of the time i'm going to driving the car on the street. my wife also will be driving the car, not to mention i occassionally will be carting a client or two off to lunch, hausling stuff home from lowe's or home depot, etc. i've been down the expensive, uberfirm suspension setup road...a number of times. it's not worth it.
i will have adjustable shocks covered by springs that are very close to rates i wanted at a ride height i wanted. here's my tab so far:
koni yellow (new):$120
kyb agx (rear, new) $190
eibach springs (used): $110
D2 rear camber arms (new):$60
ingalls eccentric bolts (new): $20
it would be great to drive around on expensive stuff like that, but it''s unnecessary for the way i drive and the purpose of the car. that's money i use for other stuff, like my racing fund or vacations, or my house.
