LOL...

There's a reason it's called the English system, you know.

I think the national speed limit is still 90 miles per hour, isn't it?

Metric or Imperial. Not "English System"

just curious....moral question

i have a question to those that use jdm, ukdm, or whatever cluster...

if you sell your car, will you put the factory cluster back in?

tell the new owner that you have been using another cluster? let them know that the miles on the vehicle are not the true miles when the o.e cluster is put back in?

i would love to have the spoon cluster for my s2k,(read not available), but I would not be able to sell the car without being honest with the buyer..... and not letting him know that those aren't the true miles on the car...

A mile's a mile, though.

Imperial volume measurments are different. A Canadian quart or gallon is more liquid than a US quart or gallon.

Sometimes things get very complicated because older Canadians will talk in English measure, but their measure is bigger than our measure, and their kids are trying to express the same thing in litres and such...can make a conversation confusing.

I see 2 differences with the Euro cluster. The Euro cluster has no seatbelt warning light and there is a serial number at the bottom of the Euro speedo.

It's USED to be unlimited until the late 60's till the Shelby Cobra came along then that's when the 70 has been in force

Also 1 Uk gallon = 1.201 US gallons.

A US mile is marginally shorter than a UK mile, although its only a matter of a few feet i think.
