But i have a b16a engine. I have a 1991 civic with the b16a1 engine in it from the factory. Are not the engine mounts from the b16 bigger than from a non vtec crx ??

i'm in the US..but I had bought some energy suspension mounts for my stock civic ED, when i was d-series but i never put them in...then I purchased a EF9 front clip and welded the stock EF9 mounts in.

the energy suspension mounts made for 88-91 Civic/CRX fit the EF9 mounts.

The engine mount set is a 2 piece set.
The front and the back. No tranny mount.

Because of my swap I do not have a front mount anymore...but on a EE8/EF9 etc it will fit like stock.

In my case the engine was out of the car, wich made installment way easier. But in your case, just unbotlt the mount... push in the bushing, re mount and you're done.

It is also a good ide to completely fill the mount up with polyurethane kit. Not only does it keep the bushing in its place while mounting...it also helps transferring vibrations to the chassis, wich in turn reduces stress on the engine itself.

If you can, remove the mount... squirt glue liberally...push in the mounts. Wipe off excess. Let it set for a day if you can. (not really really nessecary) remount.

Drive!!!
