I love mine. No fitment issues either (some say they don't like how the intake rubs against the strut bar but it's usually because they don't use the supplied bracket when installing it.)

NON-ABS will not fit the ITR.

If you look in the archives, there are many posts about this intake.

Where does that bracket go anyways? No one seemed to know when I asked a while back.

You're right, of course, but I must be 0.001% Scottish, because I just can't bring myself to spend $600 on an intake.

And hooow many $$$ did you spend on the H&E George?

I tend to agree as I just couldn't justify the Moogen's price, but when you put the header and catbacks costs into perspective, the intakes $600. price tag isn't that far out there is it really?

It ultimately slides between the ring clamp that secures the filter to the intake body and bolts to one of the existing stock air box mounting holes. I say ultimately, because the way the bracket comes to you (in the "L" shape) is not how it is designed to be bolted up. I can take pics of how it has to be modified to fit if anyone is interested, but I'll have to email them to someone who is smarter than me and can host them .

I'm in the same boat and here is how I look at it. I might as well buy the Mugen because I'll get most of my money back when I sell it and the car in 4 years.

<----Who fav mod is def teh bling blang J's CF intake.

Edit: To actually answer the question....the J's is awesome. Definitely noticeable gains . Way better then stock, and everything else compared to Moogen. The only only other intake comparable to the J's is the Icebox

I gots that intake. I love it. It rubs against one of the wires where it plugs into the cap. Other than that fitiment is great. Good low and high end. Some will argue that Mugen is best and for the price it better be.

Some reason I can't host pics or URL from this particular site in Europe:

Does the ITR J's Intake (w/abs) clear the STB and AC lines? The reason why I ask is b/c I just bought the Top Fuel intake (copy of the J's) and it would clear my Mugen STB or my AC lines

i had one for a while, took it off coz the car felt really bad in city driving and traffic, must have been the high underhood temps. felt great on the highway though

So its like any underhood intake suffers sucking hot air and bogging.
That is what I afraid of.
