Purge control solenoid (pcs) wiring for crx. w/obd1 b18c

I just want to make sure I have this wiring right. Im using a obd0-1 jumper made by Jason, and I am using my stock crx pcs. I just de pinned my green wire from the ecu, and wired it to Jason's labled wire. As for the other wire, im assuming that its a ground or a switched power. Which is it? Just curious... And also, if I just leave the black wire un touched it will work, right... because it will be tapped into the harness in the correct place. Right???? Thanks a ton!!

I'd have to look it up to be sure, but I believe most solenoids are powered from the main relay, & the ECU closes the ground side of the circuit to energize it.
