I understand that if theres an SRS unit missing then the SRS memory cannot be reset, I know that if you use a 2.2 ohm resistor in the SRS harness that goes under the steering column you can fool the computer in to thinking there is an SRS device plugged in, my question (and I did do a search) is where does the resistor plug exactly? where on the terminal? does anybody have any pics they can show me?

i guess the srs light comes on after resetting it since it cant detect a airbag in the steering wheel, right?

 

I just pulled the bulb and circuitry off the back of the cluster, then blacked out the opening with a piece of cardboard. On a 01 Civic I had to break off the LED.
