Default GSR vs Type R stut bar

I already have a gsr strut bar stock on my car. Is the strut bar on the type r going to make a difference in performance at all. Is the bar hollow or solid? I'm thinking it is probably more for show.

just get a type r 23mm rear swaybar. that will do more for handling than a strut bar will. I got a free strut bar and put it in my car, and I think it does zero for helping me handle better.

dont be that guy, we all can get into technicalities on how its "not an eg, its an ej" but its understood that any civic 92-95 is an EG in these forums.

no way man,
they both mount to the same place
and they are both solid bars.
they do the same exact thing, which is nothing.
By that i mean they prevent things(flex) from happening. they are just metal sticks man, neither of them will bend on ya, and both will reduce chassis flex about the same.

the typeR one looks alot nicer though
