Yellow Type-R spotted in the Manhattan NYC

I go to Times Square Church in NYC. I happened to park my car in a parking garage on 51st between 7th and broadway at the Sheraton Hotel. There was a yellow Type-R parked near the entrance looking sexy as ever on Sunday - 9/26. Was it anyone's on here?

yeah, but they only come out a night, for very short periods of time.
