is it posible to do a swap dc5r brakes onto a civic eg?

i hear you could use the DC5 set up...but only the fronts...correct me if i am wrong

I don't think it will wrk since the dc5's have mcpherson strut setup ...

well, I have no idea... just thought that might be a road block
