has anyone ever ordered anything from here? ... they have cheap engines and it looks as though they are pretty legit ...

From what I've heard, they have a decent service. But you need to remember that you can't trust anyone when you're dealing with engines. That state of mind could prevent you from doing stupid mistakes later on.
