Default EK wieght differences

ok well searched and searched and found nothing to answer my question. i wanted to know if anyone knows the stock wieghts on 96-00 Civics, hatchback, coupe and 4 door. i have a 97 4 door and wanted to compare the wieght difference to a coupe mainly. i know it will be a significant difference in the hatchback, but wouldnt hurt to compare. any help is appreciated, thanks.

the 4-door is 3330 lbs for the DX and LX models and 3460 lbs for an EX
DX coupes with M/T weighs in at 3290 lbs, EX at 3440 lbs, and the SI at 3480 lbs

GOOD GOD.....where did you get those weight figures from?? I put my 00 SiR on a scale and without me in it and only 1/4 tank of gas it weighed 2573 lbs and that was full street weight without anything stripped or removed. NO civic weighs more than 3000 lbs!

Seems like your about 1000 off from each. i thought the Si is suppose to be around 200 lbs lighter then a gsr, 2600?

i never seen a civic weighin at 3300lbs. lol more like 2,700 or so...I dont know for sure....but I know its NOT no 3300k lbs.

since this is a topic....when you find out the REAL weight...i got an 97 EK 2 door...ripped EVERYTHING out of the trunk....its as bare as a newborn's ***....no spare, jack...anything. How much you think that took off my weight?

Truck scales: 1100KG = 2420lbs (with driver, 1/2 tank of gass and crap in the trunk)
