My dad is an electronic engineer, and has worked with ECUs when he was a little bit younger, and said he work on mine if I got him the diagram or any info for him.

Most of us want to keep the immobilizer working on our cars.
if you are doing a mota swap... do it right and put the coded key in the new car.
