yes. all honda 14 inch wheels will clear teh caliper without needing to be notched.

Does anyone know if the integra brakes will clear 88-89 crx si wheels??

 

Most likely not. I know for a fact that 90-91 wheels wont clear Integra-sized brakes, at least not the fronts.

 

actually those rims WILL clear the front. they are on my buddies car right now with full integra suspension/brakes. they are jsut a tight squeeze.

 

those wheels wont fit on integra fronts will fit in rear at least on integra they wont

 

I second that. I have LS all around with SI rims, close fit, but fits good.

 

90-91 Si Rims?

 

i had 91 crx si rims with 91 integra fronts and they rubbed on the caliper. eventually it went away...LOL

 

After some searching i have found some conflicting responses. I will find out on saturday when i install. I have other rims to use if necessary but the tires are better on the crx si's

88-89 crx si wheels??

 

100% positive 90-91 crx si rims will hit the caliper if you have integra front brakes. The rim will bolt on fine, but once you spin it you will notice the blade hits the caliper slightly. The rears will be fine though. Not sure about 88-89's though

 

well after working on the integra brakes this weekend. I can confirm 100% that the 88-89 Crx Si wheels will NOT fit over the integra brakes.... luckily i had a set of 15's that did...

Also since installing the brakes the amount of steering effort required has increased, as well as road feedback. Has anyone else expereinced this??

 

Its probably just the tires...i didnt feel a difference in steering effort when i swapped in EX knuckles.

 

hrmm that fittment problems is weird. we had a 89 crx si and it got smashed, so we took those oem rims and put them on my buddies ef with full integra susp/brakes.

maybe those rims were already slimmed down... but thats wierd.

sry if I was wrong then, cuz it honestly works, its a DD too so w/e.
