Default NGK plugs on SOHC?

Anyone recommend gapping on NGK plugs for a greddy turbo kit on a SOHC. There are so many different gaps I found in archives. Anyone recommened anything that has worked for them?

I used stock gap, 1 heat range colder. If it doesn't blow out the spark, why gap it smaller?
