How much would you guys pay to get a blown head gasket
fixed. I need to get the price range for something like this.
The LS I dropped in the CRX has been an expensive project

go to the machine shop for this. Do you have to polish it or

tell him for 500.00 he should buy the gaskets and change your oil also...dude...free car manuals are everywhere online...i know you can read. offer him 250.00 and he should supply the beer

 

offer him 50, you buy the beer, and help him and start learning to work on your car. mechanics and mechanic friends (usually) are ripoffs. the only reason it might need to be machined is if the head is warped. is the car over heating ?
