Default newbie with question on speaker installation and starter

i just bought alpine type-s speakers for the front doors. i hav a 93 accord and i dont kno how to install them. i tried to install them but i was only able to screw one screw into place because the stock speakers had holes that were off set so i didnt kno how to do it and i did my best. unfortunately the mounts rattle against the doors because there is only one screw there. how the hell do i put these freakin things in there myself? someone plz help me out!! also i dont kno if its my starter thats goin but my car has been struggling to start so i bought a new battery because the old one didnt hav enough cranking power but it didnt help and the winter is comin so its prolly a matter of time wen it wont start up. can someone tell me if thats the starter or is it the alternater not chargin the battery or wat i dont kno!! anyone help plz!!

First your speaker question.... Can you drill new holes in you door?

For your starter. Please explain a bit more what is happening. Are you saying that your starter is turning slower that usual? That your engine must crank longer to start? Explain more.
