I have Pirelli tires size P195/60R and I wanted to know if this would fit on a 99 Civic Si rim. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

 

the Si rim is 15". so if your tire reads 195/60/15 then it will fit

If my tire reads 195/60/14, do you guys think that will also fit the Si rim?

 

No, it won't. You can only mount 15" tires on a 15" rim.
