best turbine a/r for b16
okay guys, I've searched honda tech for the past month and I've been unable to find a good answer. I have a stock internal b16a3 that I'm doing a custom turbo kit on. I'm not going to run alot of boost because it is my daily, but I'm looking to get around 250whp. I'm pretty sure I want to go with a t3/to4e 50 trim compressor, but I can not for the life of me decide on the turbine. What size would you suggest a .48 a/r or a .63 a/r? Also what stage wheel? I don't mind some lag but I would like to be fully boosted before 4500 rpm. Also has any of you had any experience with the turbos from http://WWW.turbocalculator.com? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

back when I had my b16 block in my car, I was using a 48 turbine and i though it was perfect (7psi and 217 whp on mustang dyno) for the motor. Now that I have my built b18c in the car, I wish it was a 63....
The .63 A/R is a bit more universal for the application that you need. many people lately hve been going over this debate about the best turbo for this particular motor, and for 250whp, a GT32E is a good order for that particular setup, especially if you have a good downpipe and exhaust. PM me. I have one here.
i have heard the sc50 is the best turbo to get, but thats like a 550hp turbo im in the same situation you are. what makes good power out there with minimal lag and good hp/tq #'s
