searched..imd oing a mini me... but dont have the right dizzy..

y8 head/z1 1.5 block ...

I got a y7 dizzy that will work.. but its obd2 in wich my car is obd1

Need to know how to Re Pin The dizzy to obd1 with my z6 dizzy connectors

And the tool to use...

Plz this is very important last thing b4 my car will run and i have to go to work soon @_@

Just buy a new dizzy off of ebay. I got mine for like $200 shipped overnight. Im not even sure if it is possible to re pin the connectors you might have to buy an adapter kit.

 

its posible.. theres a way u can get the pin out.....

odb1 /2 Are same colerd wires / # of wires. its a matter of getting them out.....

 

getting them out is easy, there is a plastic clip that you need to remove. I use a set off needle nose pliers to remove the clip.

Next, i use a paper clip or my fingers to push down on the pins to remove them as i pull them out.

that simple...

Finally get the new plug set and insert.
