I own a 01 ITR and am very unsure which cams to buy. I had my heart set on spoon cams but then I was told there is hardly a power gain there. My other choice would be toda spec B. If any one has any advise please help.

^^^...I'll agree with that. Toda B's and Skunk2 S2's are both good. So I hear.

 

I wouldn't bother with Toda Bs or C's unless you plan on increasing compression with new pistons.

You're better off with JUN IIIs from what I have seen.

Do a search of the archives for "JUN III" - also try the All Motor Forum

 

If anyone is using aftermarket cams I would like to know what they are running and why?

Yes they do.

I've just seen better results with Jun IIIs on stock bottom ends vs TODA B/C.

How about the JUN IV? Anyone heard anything on those?
