do search in archives, too many to copy and paste.
obd1 to obd2 conversion.
you'll need to buy or make a conversion harness

will the p28 ecu plug into the odb2 harness? if so wouldent i only have to change the distributor plug on the odb 2 harness to take a odb1 dizzy? im new to odb2, id rather stay odb1, turbo and mass air flow hate eachother.

No..your P28 is OBD1 and will not plug into an OBD2 harness without a conversion (adapter) harness. There's tons of these things on ebay..
