Look, its me :~) @ VIR
How do you like the spring rates on your Ground Controls?
You have 400f/500r correct, checked your website....
I want to get the GC's with custom stiffer rates and would like to know what you think of your rates, do they handle well on the track/autocross, and are they streetable?
Let me know, and why are higher rates in the rear beneficial?
Thanks,
Jon

Yes, I have the 400lb front and 500lb rear. I love the set up, but to be honest I wish I had gone a little stiffer. I drive the car daily, and at times it is a little harsh, but I can deal with it. With the rear being a bit stiffer, the car seems to want to rotate a little easier. good luck

In that pic it looks like you had another foot and half at the exit. Come on you could have taken that corner faster...
I know, I know, you took out that pylon on the next lap.
Oh, nice pic!

Was that the firsat time on the Ground Controls!! You actually were the one that convinced me to go with that setup and mine has yet to see the track. I have 400F/600R though.

Thanks guys! I had a blast.
No I have been on the set up for a while now, I love it. Wish I had gone a "little" stiffer though. You will love yours, although stock is hard to beat.

Dude...I don't mean to be rude, but that's my car and pic in your avatar. You could at least ask before using it...
btw, did the roll-cage make any difference in making the car "stiffer" around the turns?
