Ok so i just installed coil overs on my car....tenzo R....that werent even complete....they gave me 3 back peices and one front one...missing rubber rings....anywho i got the front ones on before i noticed all this on the rear....the ride well is s***. is it supposed to sound like when i hit a bump my strut is going through the roof? and i didnt get to do the rear cause I BROKE THE BOLT ON THE CONTROL ARM and where the strust connects to it......my car drives like s*** is it because its completely out of alignment? argh.......this is pissing me off....what are you guys opinion and no i can afford the strut/coilovers and does it make that sound? and now have to saw off my strut or something....

Take them off and install the stock ones back on. You are causing yourself too much problems for a little look. You will blow your shocks, possibly your CVs aswell. Especially if you are running the blown shocks in there. The ride will only get worse. Take the shocks off, contact Tenzo or whomever you bought the coils from and get the right ones shipped to you. When you do get shocks, look into KYB AGX, KYB Illuminas, or Tokico Blues. They are the best bet for the money. Or if you are rich you can go with Tein or another company like that.

ok so i actually think the knocking is my A arms hitting the frame due to my camber kit pushing it further forward. i didnt check the box really till i installed the front then when we got the back thats when we noticed we needed the taller ones back there....how much are those shocks you mentioned? and one last IMPORTANT question what is the bolt size for the bolt connecting the the rear lower control arm to the strut? need to konw this so when i finally drill the old bolt out i can replace it....thx!
