i was going about 120 and i hear this weird creeking noise comming from the back/hatch? this is the second time it happened. do you guys have any idea what might be causing this?

Why don't you take it to the dealership and explain to them why you where doing 120mph. Maybe one of the techs will go for a ride with you or maybe Acura will deny every one of yuor claims.
