Wow, 230? What kind of driving do you do? If you just drive around town - city/highway - then I'd make sure the tires are properly inflated, the fuel filter clean, and fuel injectors clean as well. After that, I'd make sure the car is idling properly.
This is about all I can think of.

If you're getting bad gas mileage you may want to look at the user first and foremost.

Can bad O2 sensors can affect gas milage? But that would probably give you a check engine light... Change out your fuel filter.

you should try to get your miles per gallon..intead of determinating your miles per galon with your tank...
next time you full tank your car.. reset the trip od omiter.then full tank it.. drive it around.. then when your near empty.. fill it up agian to the top. look at how much gallons of gas you put in.. then take the miles you travelers devide that to how much galon you put in...i get about 26 miles per gallon on mine.. b16

You guys with swaps and non OE size tires (unless you've correctly upsized) have to take into account the percentage difference that will show in the form of speedometer error!

It's probably the o2 sensor. On my old crx, i would get less than 30 mpg. After a new o2 sensor, i was well into the 30s.
