what fuel pressure does a k20a2 have?
i'm putting a k20a2 in my civic ek and with that swap, u have to use a universal fuel pressure regulator and am wondering what fuel pressure i need to run? i am also wondering if i buy a universal AEM fuel pressure regulator off ebay that's listed for several different cars (not any k series), will it work w/ my k swap? (i know it says universal so it should, but just wanna make sure there's nothing i'm overlooking) i couldn't find **** searching
know anything about the aem fuel pressure regulator? i was looking at this one on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...=WDVW
I don't think that regulator will work on the k20 swap. If you are using the golden eagle fuel rail to convert the K20's returnless fuel system to a return system, that regulator definately will not work. That regulator is designed to bolt on to the end of the fuel rail. I used an Aeromotive FPR and mounted it right off the drivers side of the fuel rail. This allowed we a straight shot from my regulator to the return line. I have pics of the setup. click the address on my bio and it will take you to My little EG project.
