I got a 90 crx dx with b16a obd-0 with a pr3 in it with s1 trans. Speedo works, and no codes are being thrown and vtec is not engaging. what could it be, and what are the 4 things you need for vtec to work ( knock sensor, speedo, vtec solenoid, ? ).
