Default CRX, BIG TRANNY PROBLEM, help please, stuck in Orlando!!!!!

I just picked up my new crx, it has a B16a with a Quaiffe, and a new excedy clutch, new throw out bearing(s) and new synchro's, the car the setp was driven 800 miles in another crx, then he got rear ended, so i picked it all up for a decent price! my buddy installed it in that car and mine. The other guy had no problems, and put 800 miles on the setup. I put 250 on it coming back from ft lauderdale. i get to orlando, and stay the night at a friends. the next day i go to drive to the store, car is running fine, then i slow down and out it in 2nd gear to pull into the parking lot. right then it shitted out on me and kinda locked up.

Symptoms.

if i put it in neutral, and release the clutch, it pulls the car forward as if it is still stuck in a gear!

if it try to release the clutch and give it gas, as if i were going to try and drive off, the car loses all power and chokes out or boggs out or whatever you wanna call it. ***** out on me.

if i try to push it forward or backward, it wont move a full tire rotation, it feels like its stuck in gear.

f i hold the clutch in, the car idles fine si its in the tranny i think.

whats going on please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clutch springs are on the clutch disc.

It's not the clutch!

It's stuck in at least one gear. It may be the shift forks inside the transmission.

Pull off the external shift linkage (bitch pin time) and verify that it's in neutral. Then try spinning the wheels.

is this a problem that you have to take the transmission apart? Or even disconnect from engine? or is this a problem easily solved? Would the shift forks cause any other internal damage? Is this even internal? what about the clutch springs?
