prices for GE and Darton sleeves

prices for GE and Darton sleeves
I´d like to know how much I have to pay for GoldenEagle and Darton sleeves (older style and new MID).
I mailed Darton and GE for prices but got no answer. :-(
Can you also tell me how much you payed for install?
I need them for my B16A2.
The main problem is, that I live in Germany and I will have to let them installed in a good local machine shop.
What do you guys think, is that possible? :-)
I downloaded the installguide from Darton and so I think it should.
I also want to take Eagle Rods and SRP Pistons for 8.2:1, a complete skunk2 valvetrain and ARP studs. Should all these things combined with forged sleeves and good tuning be good enough to hanle 450+HP(or more:-)
