Default Help me tune ITBS

Ok, ive put on my itbs this weekend. Its a sohc and i put 38mm on so its not overkill by any means. Of course it starts and runs but if you drive the car it hessitates real bad about 2k; the car will buck from going from no power to plenty. I have a wide band and its hard to even keep the air fuel steady. most of the time in it runs rich like 12:1 or lower. I have plenty of vacuum sources going to the map and even in a canister. One thing about it is that i have the injectors in the cbr itb locations so they are further from stock but if it idles fine then it should run fine at 2k. The IAT is just sitting between the filters not in the runners. I have already burnt a chip to lean it out with less vacuum and it didnt help the hesitation
Would anybody have a bin i can try its obdo on a d16a6. If i dont figure it out soon im going to switch back to factory

Are you mainly trying to tune partial throttle, or wot? I know this doesnt help much, but you are going to go through almost a whole tank of gas tuning these, they are really a pain in the rear because the vacumn difference between a plenum and throttle bodies is pretty significant.

Free bump.

Good news and bad news. I put the factory manifold back on and the problem is still there. There is a IAT code still and the sensor shows continuity but the wiring to it has a lot of resistance. We are trying to trace it down but i cant figure out witch harness wires it goes to. The good news is that my setup may not have been all the bad after all. bad news is my car is still busted. Anybody know which wires the IAT are on the computer?

Maqke sure the iat and the idle air controll plugs arent swapped, this gets done alot. Also, the mugen program is actually a itb program and is a good starting point.
