Underdash Fuse diagram for 1990 Si, Please HELP!!!
I'm just trouble shooting. I have fuel presure, I have spark, but no fuel!
I'm hopeing its as easy as a fuse. Car won't start, its cranking, sparking, but not starting
Please post/send Under dash fuse diagram. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
TIA!!
BTW: I already changed fuel filter and spark plugs. I have a gauge on my AEM fuel rail which reads 40psi, I know I have fuel, but the injectors just aren't squirting! Whats the deal!??

Thanx, thats just what I needed, I hope its the #2 fuse. Any ideas on what else it could be? What would make the injectors not work?

On my 1988 model,It has a fuse #14 labeled alternator solenoid..
It powers the main relay..
(I am quessing the earier models are slightly different from the info above.)
Have you checked for injector pulse?
If you do not have a noid light, you can use a 194 side marker bulb..
Plug it the small wires into an injector plug and turn it over..
It should flash rapidly..
{If it flashes really bright, check for corrosion at the coolant temp sensor..]
If you have injector pulse and still no fuel squirt,I would suspect the injectors are frozen..Has it been running or has it sat up for awhile?

Car was running just fine, all of a sudden a loud backfire, car stutters then shuts off. I pull over, pop the hood to look for anything obvious, notice the motor is overheated, water boiling in reserve tank. I sit for a bit, let it cool down, try to fire it up, no luck. Car cranks, motor turns. I have spark, just no fuel. Car never overheated before. Are these problems related?

The head gasket may have blown..
After you check for injector pulse..I would run a compression check..
If it overheated,it may have stuck the piston rings..

The motor turns, I have spark, I might have blown a HG, but would that cause the injectors not to function? Please explain in detail how to check the pulse. I don't own a noid light, but I'll purchase one if thats necessary

The round thing that says blue point is a noid light..around $23.00
[You can take a bulb like the one shown and straighten out the wires 25 cents..]
Unplug a connector from one of the injectors and plug the bulb in
as if it were the injector... Try to start the engine watch for the light to flash..
If you have injector pulse,it should flash..
I gave the pulse test a shot and NO LIGHT!, I tested the light and made sure it worked before and after the test. I'm at the same place where I started. Car is still not starting. What else could cause the injectors not to function?

go to http://www.binghamtonlife.com/...s.htm
read pages 11-100 through 11-104..
[Follow the test line that says engine does not start]
P.S.
One thing I did not consider on the injector flash test:
Hondas use the low impedence injectors so the current is reduced..
>So-I tryed this on my car and the noid light did flash, but it took a few seconds
to start flashing and it was so faint I could hardly see it..
The 12 volt bulb was even less visable...
{Might help to use a 6 volt bulb instead...????}
At any rate,I suggest you follow the manuals procedures from the link above and see what that gets you..
