If you are using the aem pulleys that were originally on your h23,

the alternator pulley won't work because the h23 one has 5 ribs and
your h22 crank pulley has 6 ribs.

You either need to swap alternator pulleys or put the h22 alternator on.

If you're not running ac, the napa part # for the alternator belt is 25-060370

I did basically the same thing. I used the H23 accessory pulleys on my H23 VTEC that was dropped in.

I ended up having to put the H23 crank pulley on, and use the factory-length power steering belt and an alternator belt that was .5" longer than factory, IIRC.

BTW, the only place that I could find that had the right size belt for the alternator was NAPA.

Just because teh alternator has a 5 rib belt and the H22 has a six doesn't mean you can't just run a 5 ribbed longer belt and just not use the 6th rib.

The belts should have come with the pulleys anyways so what the problem?
Just go get a slightly longer belt and take it back till you get the correct size. Might be two trips or so if your poor. If you have some money go get like 3-4 different lengeths and then take back the ones you don't need.

yea the rib thing isnt a issue really but the problem is these pulley where on my h23 so they have been used and i no longer have the belts. Should i call AEM dealers and see if they have some h23 belts? for the pulleys....
