just curious if so did you have to "de tune it" to pass the sniffer test? how lil power could a auto matic hold?

 

i passed with turbo on but emissions is not as strict as cali or other places. Some people pass with test pipes ahah, but if your obd2 you will have trouble passing with turbo. my cousin did and he had to reset his ecu and driving it around until it caem back to norma..

 

Did you only have to do tail pipe test? Any detuning to make it pass?

 

just took it as is with a cat. my car is obd1 so the test has nothing to do with the ecu.

 

I read a post in the FI forum the other day about someone in CA passing w/ flying colors....
