What kind of codes is the ECU throwing out??

Sometimes not all new parts are "NEW". I had swap an alt. before and had to take it out again cause we got a bad new part.

Sorry to ask but how do you check the ecu code isnt it how many times the light blinks or something?....

Depending on the ECU you have.
If you have an ECU with the plastic see-through window and the LED is visiblly blinking behind it then that's the blinks you count.
Long blinks = 10 (3 long blinks grouped together in a row is 30)
Short blinks = 1

I.E. 2 long and 5 short = 25

What kind of alternator did you buy ? Are you sure its working correctly ? Is it recharging your battery ? How much voltage does your battery have. If you are low on volts, sensors will not get the correct amount of voltage therefore they will throw a code.

And if you have the OBD1 cars you will look at how many times the check engine light flashes to get your code.
