Default Headlight Problem?

Recently I had a problem with my running lights with my 95 honda civic and headlight so I thought they were all interconnected somehow. I thought that my low light was out so I bought a new light and it still doesn't work. Both my highlights work but my low light doesn't. Any suggestions to what it could be. I also checked both of my headlight fuses.

Check the plug......specifically the wires that go into the plug .Sometimes the wire corrode( like mine ) and sometimes the wire are pushed out ,or pulled out.

Yeah, on my Si, the harnes plug that plugs to the back of the bulb behind the headlamp corroded over time and from heat. It always slipped out especially after hard takes-off's or hard shifting.
