alright goin throught my gears, get to 2nd and go to put it into 3rd and ALWAYS, like every time it grinds unless i take about 15 seconds to get it into gear and run through the lines of the gears perfect! anyone got a solution for that?

 

Well... if it only does it when going to 3rd, then it sounds like your 3rd gear syncros are bad and need to be replaced. Plan on a rebuilt transmission. If it does it in every gear you may just need a new throw out bearing, clutch (or other related component)
