gas guzzzler
alright, well my 92 integra is now starting to gimme some gas troubles like when im drivin down main street AND floooring it just a little... i can actaully see the gas guage go down. but the problem is that even when im say... merging on to the highway getting up to speed i can see my gas guage go down as well. i figured it was the fuel pressure regulator givin the engine to much gas but before i go terrin stuff apart i wanna hear wut u think.
Hmm... I think we're gonna need some more details... When you say you can "see it go down" do you also see tons of black smoke out the back of the car? Is your bumper covered in soot if you don't wash it for a few days? How many miles per gallon are you getting? How does the car run overall? Are your spark plugs getting fouled out? (they really should be if it's really going down as fast as you say)
Also fuel pressure should be pretty freaking high (probably 45 - 55 psi) at WOT so I wouldn't think that it's a fuel pressure regulator problem would exibit problems @ WOT. I can see it causing problems at idle, but not a high throttle positions.

no smoke, no soot, i dunno how many miles im gettin...im a newish driver and ive only had the car for about 2 weeks.., car runs ALRIGHT... (could just be cuz im used to driving my dads mach 1 mustang though) seems not to have alot of power once i hit 3rd.. not sure if thats something that integras are like. umm and for the spark plugs.. i dunno. the car seems to idle reallly low as well to a point where the car jiggles the interior.. lol
Yeah man... this one is gonna be hard to call. I think your two issues are related. I'd be tempted just to have the injectors sent off to RC to have them cleaned. I'm sure after 12 years it couldn't hurt. The low idle though could also be caused by a dirty idle air control valve.
I'd also be tempted to check your O2 sensor, but that shouldn't affect fuel consumption @ WOT either.
Regarding your starting problem (trying to help keep your posts to a minimum since you are limited to 5 per day as a trial user):
What happens if you start the car with the gas pressed down some? (Don't wait for it to almost die, just give it gas while starting) Also when you turn on your air conditioning does the idle speed increase?
