Default Lots of info on Mini-Me D15B2... what about B1?

I have an 88 STD with the dreded D15B1. Now the difference between the two (from what I hear) is the cams. The B2 has more aggressive cams and what not. Also the B1 came stock with a weird half "turbo looking" manifold with the cat in the front.

The only reason I'm think about this is because my engine only hit 75,000 miles recently so it's got a long life ahead of it. It seems a shame to swap it out just yet.

So the question is: Is a Mini-Me possible on a D15B1? I've seen posts about B2s. Are there very different block changes between the two, or is it mostly tuning and cam changes?

Thanks a bunch!

*EDIT - Based on ef-honda.com's EF Engine Swap knowledgebase. d15b2 block, d16z6 head.
