Default B18 Head Bolt Removal Pattern (Can't find my helms!)

I searched this (yes, archived) and could only find what someone claimed to be "close" to correct, and this was not for removal, but for putting the head back on.

Can someone please post it up so that I don't have to spend the majority my last $16.50 on another Helms today. . . come on folk's I'd really like to eat some Long John Silvers and have a 6 pack of beer.

"CAUTION: to prevent warpage, unscrew the bolts in sequence 1/3 at a time. Repeat until all bolts are loosened.

Thanks a TON! I really appreciate it. HT to the rescue. . . now I've had my Long John Silvers - off comes the head - then on to the beer. . .

I'm taking it off to do a side by side comparison with a JG Ported head that's like 2 years old. . . curiousity I guess

Anyways, thanks again

Head is off. . .

Now I can sit back and admire the differences between the ported head and the stock head.

When the ported head first came I was like. . . eh, it looks a little bigger. . . I guess

Now I can see the HUGE difference in the port sizes. Thank you *****! You made my damn day bro.

On this subject I'm removing the head of a b18b1 in a Honda civic any suggestions on quick no cost or little cost tricks to squeeze a few hp out while I have the head off?

X1 guaranteed NOTICABLE difference old school hotrod trickery. Key words being little or no cost. Back cut your intake valves. Ill link a picture. This cost me 35$ for 8 valves. The valve is next to the seat twice Every lift on open And close. Max lift only once. What this means is MORE airflow at lower lift (noticeable mid rpm gain). You can do exhaust as well, but those valves are under pressure of the cylinder anyway, so not AS crucial.

Note that all aftermarket valves already come pre-cut. Too bad $ is an issue, there's a ton of potential power in dohc cylinder heads.
