EVAP Purge Valve
Recently replaced evap control shut valve on '99 Accord. Eliminated related DTC, and improved driveability. Cannister now makes audible rumbling noise as the EVAP Purge Control Solenoid Valve cycles (roughly 5 cycles/sec). If connector is removed from the valve, noise goes away.
Wondering if the EVAP Purge Control Solenoid Valve is intended to cycle, or should remain open when activated. Any input will be appreciated.
