ok yesterday i swapped out my the IM on my car. its a 90 si. im running a d16y8, and was running the a6 IM. the new IM is from a d16z6. we got it running pretty good now. at first we started it and threw a cel. we didnt realize that the map sensor for the a6 was on the firewall and worked off a vacum hose that the z6 IM didnt have. wow that sensors make you car run like ****. it was running real rich and barely idling.

well we figured out that we needed to unplug it from the firewall and connect it to the map sensor that was on the z6s tb. solved that problem. no more cel.

well we decided to check the ecu and see if its throwing any other codes.
even though i have no check engine light, and its seems to be running pretty good (better then before with the a6 IM). well the ecu is still throwing codes.

the codes are a 7 and 10. anyone have the reference table for the codes from a 88 91.? what are these codes and where are the sensors to located at ?

7 = TPS (throttle Position Sensor) located on your throttle body.
10 = IAT (intake air temp sensor) located on your intake manifold.
