well actually, there are two different designs for the 4th generation prelude. the non 4ws version has a straight lower portion of the bar.
the 4ws version has a bend in it to accomidate the actuator gearbox. there was just a post very recently where a guy was looking at buying a megan??? or something brand lower rear swaybar off ebay. it had the lower bend like my neuspeed does. as i also have 4ws. in fact the bar that he posted about was a one off of mine. just a different company produced it.

hes asking about strut...not sway
and yes any of the strut bars will work fine 4ws or 2ws

Not all the strut bars work for the 4ws, as the 4ws ECU is in the way of the bar. Unless you can find a bar that has the brackets toward the rear of the car rather than to the front.

does anyone have a pic of the 4ws engine bay and behind the back seat??? i wanna know where this 4ws ecu crap is that its between the towers and make sure everyone isnt thinking hes asking about sway bars....
There is nothing visible in the engine bay saying it's 4WS. The 4WS ecu is just behind a left rear passanger seat. Looks like an amp for stereo
The ECU doesn't interfere the way between struts.

Front UPPER STRUT brace for 4ws - shouldn't cause any problems (I have one fitted to my 4ws lude)
Rear UPPER STRUT brace - MOST rear braces I have seen will not fit, due to the location of the big *** 4ws ECU that is mounted behind the rear seats. The ECU is in the way of where the actually bar sits. This is because the brackets for most rear strut braces are designed so that the actual long metal bar sits at the frontal edge of the shock towers (the edge closer to the cabin). If the bar sat at the rear edge of the brackets (towards the trunk), then it should clear the 4ws ECU.
