Most reputable brands ( eibach, neuspeed, H&R ) are always a good choice. What you really need to ask yourself is "how low do i want to go" . Stay away from ebay **** brands especially shitty coilovers ( unless you love bumpy *** rides ). With a good spring and shock combo your car will be most Pleasing to drive and handle well too.

Asking which spring is best is like asking which **** is best. Everyone is gonna have a different opinion.

What is the car's main use? How are the roads in your area? What kind of ride do you want? How low do you want it?

there are only a few companies in the world that make springs... and i know for a fact that neuspeed & h&r springs are the same thing, differant color powdercoat

when buying just springs, you kinda have to decide on what spring rate you want... not what brand - then find a brand that offers a spring rate in the range your looking for
