i was thinking about putting on an itr muffler on my hatch since my old exhaust is damaged beyond repair has anybody performed this yet? what modifications are needed to make it fit? what do i need to know before attempting this? anybody have any pics or experience?

 

my friend did it on his eg. you woudn't really get any HP gains unless you re-pipe your piping to 2.25 with mandrel bends.

bring it to a muffler shop. the outer diameter of the muffler looks a little to big. bigger than stock. if i were you just scrap the idea. get a good strait through muffler and go from there. if you are going for the sleeper look, then don't put a tip and paint it high heat black.

 

i have one on m eg it was a bitch and my sway bar fits just barely but i wanna sell it already hangers on to fit an eg but it sounds pretty good deep atleast its better than the stock one
