Default danbury meet curse! my upper radiator pipe just broke... anyone ever fix this b4? look at pic!

tomorrow i was planning on going down to the danbury meet and right on que something went wrong with my car... i was fixing a small leak where the lower hose connects and when i put the upper hose back on the pipe cracked and crumbled... wtf!
don't have the time or money to get a new radiator b4 tomorrow so i was wondering if there were any ideas on how to fix it..
i don't have a welder, i don't even know that the radiator pipe is metal for that matter...

damn, if you were close to my parents house i know my dad could help out. he would fasion you a piece to go into there. that what we did for mine. used the lath to machine down a pvc pipe to fit inside the radiator housing. has been fine for almost 4 years now.

get yourself a piece of PVC pipe either smaller or larger than the inlet, and JB Weld it on...

And get your *** to the meet...

Or just use a piece of exhaust pipe & JB Weld it on... We have JB Welded Overflow nipples for radiators before, and they hold up great.

hey now I can add to this. The weld on my cat to header just broke. I knew it was going to. Welding the cat directly to the header wasn't that smart I know, but I thought it would atleast hold a little longer. Oh well looks like I'll be driving up with an open header unless I can get it welded up early tommorow.

Waylon are you still going ot make it to the meet.
