running rich problem wth ITR manifold
i have a b16 with ITR manifiold and used IITR chip by Ih8ricerz but my spark plugs kept fouling till the car died. 2 sets. black! all vacuum lines are pluged/connectied and no cells.. does anyone know why this could be happening???
If im using the iTR IM do i need to modify my vacuum line setup or something?
