Anyone here drive a PY ITR w/ a jdm front through downtown Lexington,KY Thursday(sept 24th) night at about 12:30am? I was in line at Avio night club on Main st. when it drove by. really nice and clean R

What kind of exhaust you running? it sounded really clean.
Any other Type R owners around Lexington? I've seen a 97 i think and another Py w/o the jdm front unless you got the JDM front not to long ago

Naw Paul i know what i saw. Can't miss a R and let alone a R with JDM front.
His car might look nicer than yours paul. Py always look better than FLB

I have the 1997 CW ITR running around town debadged. So no type R stickers... so I dont get the ricer rev all day long.

there is quite of bit of R's in lexington. I know there is 2 black, 2/3 yellow, and 1 white one.

to tell you the truth, I dont see the difference between 98 and 97... maybe I just dont care about detail.. lol

but as far as I know, I am the only CW ITR with no ITR badges in town.. so if you see me.. Holla at me

I am running an Espeilar JGT 500 exhaust system...i know of 1/FBP ITR, 3 PY ITR, 2 CW ITR in Lexington!

 

One of the black ones is mine.

 

I never would have thought there would be any R's here in Lexington. I thought about bring the R to college and i got a post up about bring it but as of right now i'm not convinced. You guys have any probs with the R in lexington?

I have never had any problems with my type r being messed with, in fact people around here don't even know what the heck it is... I like it that way! People at UK usually ask my why i hav'nt painted my hood the same color as my car (Carbon Fiber hood), I tell them I am too lazy!!

Yeah, Horsepower House is here in Lexington. It's a 20,000sq ft. facility with an AWD DYNO, paint shop, 3 lifts and parts warehouse. Call 859-255-3142 for directions!

The thing is that i don't want to leave it at Commonwealth stadium parking lot. Hmmm... I would like to visit da shop. I need to wait for my 2.5 cat from IPSracing then i can install my JDM OEM header. You guys sell cams? I got a deal on SKunk2 back home, but it doesn't hurt to compare prices. How much for dyno time?

yeah, I would'nt leave my ITR in that bigg *** parking lot over night!!! Noway in hell!!! You should come by our shop!! We are open M-F 10am-7pm! Give me a call some time 859-255-3142!!! I can get you a good deal!!!

 

HELL YEAH when i find time from track(UK track team) and school I'll be calling to see whats up.
You probably be the 26th or so type R owner i know and I'll probably be the only black person u see driving an ARRR .

its my daily driver, getting a beater as soon as the R is paid off. 03 S2000

 

my R is a daily driver too. I dont like to put miles on the R that much. but hopefully I will be getting a cheap beater to get me thru.
