After driving the car for a couple of minutes the abs light will come on. Then i shut the car off and drive it again, it dont pop up right after starting just after a couple minutes of driving and sometimes it wont evan pop up but when it does pop up abs dont work.

 

A wheelspeed sensor is shot. Either put some tape over the light, remove the ABS computer (rear passenger side, behind the plastic trim), or replace the sensor. The honda dealership will charge you $90 to replace it, but the sensor is only $30, supposing you can figure out which one it is :D.
