sometimes when i try to start it up, it doesnt turn over at all. I have tryed removing the boot and spraying some gas in the carb and that works on most occasions. what can be wrong? can it be a bad fuel filter?..

ooh yea,i have read that some people have weather problems, and this happens when it sits in the sun for too long,

 

"doesn't turn over at all" ? meaning does not crank? motor does not turn?
hmm....isn't that a battery or starter?
